Leadership and Values Development Programme

Sostratus Energy
Sostratus Energy is a clean technology company focused on delivering innovative, space-efficient, behind-the-meter power solutions that support decarbonisation and sustainability goals.
Overview
As the business scales globally and expands its ViaGen™ product family, the Board and senior leadership team partnered with FabricShift to ensure their culture, values, and leadership capabilities evolved to support ambitious growth.
The programme was designed to define a clear set of values and behaviours, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-performing, innovative teams capable of taking products rapidly to market.
Best Beginnings partnered with us to strengthen leadership practices that support their mission to reduce health inequalities, particularly for Black, Asian, and ethnic minority families during early years parenting. The programme aimed to enhance cultural competency, foster team collaboration, and embed inclusive practices that empower the organisation to serve diverse communities effectively.
Approach
Tailored to Sostratus Energy’s strategic priorities, the programme was built around FabricShift’s behaviour change model to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. We worked closely with the SE Board and leadership team to align the programme with business goals, including operational efficiency, rapid product delivery, and long-term employee retention.
The programme included:
- Leadership workshops: Focused on building trust, psychological safety, and innovation in fast-paced environments. Topics included leading through complexity, decision-making at pace, and engaging diverse teams.
- Values and behaviours creation: Co-creation sessions led to the definition of a core set of values and practical behaviours that now guide decision-making, performance, and culture across the business.
- Behaviour tracking and reinforcement: Using FabricShift’s HabiTrack™ tool, leaders selected priority behaviours aligned to the values and tracked these over six weeks, embedding habits such as giving timely feedback, empowering teams, and inclusive problem-solving.
FabricShift evaluation model
