Leadership & Management Development Programmes

A habit-based learning approach

FabricShift adopts an evidence-based, practical approach to designing and delivering impactful leadership development programmes.

Our unique habit-based learning approach has a track record in several organisations underpinned by a model developed by our CEO with Oxford University Press and Oxford University professors. Leadership programmes often focus more on theory and skills than their application, but FabricShift uses the habit-formation model to drive behaviour change by practising habits between learning modules and transforming actions and skills from being conscious to becoming unconscious i.e. embedding theoretical knowledge into practical application.

Key Features:

  • Habit-based Learning – sustainable change comes from embedding behaviours into daily routines
  • Data-Driven & Measurable – real-time tracking of behaviour change using HabiTrack™
  • Sustainable & Scalable – designed for long-term impact at all levels of the organisation
  • Interactive & Engaging – blended learning approach including workshops, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning

FabricShift 5 step evaluation model image

We at FabricShift utilise the power of evaluation in all our client projects and programmes.

While many evaluation processes are limited to the individual level, FabricShift goes beyond that and measures the actual transformation of the organisation’s very fabric by systematically evaluating its impact.

Our evaluation model, FabricIndex™, is designed to measure behavioural and business impact through:

1) Real-time behaviour tracking through HabiTrack™

2) Cultural Alignment Surveys

3) HR and Business KPIs monitored throughout and after the programme

4) Multi-Year Tracking (typically over 2–3 years), as we believe that evaluation is an ongoing process

When it comes specifically to learning programmes, we leverage our 5-step evaluation process (Engagement, Knowledge, Application, Individual Behaviour, Organisational impact).
